Now the first topic we’ll talk about is the superbar. The superbar is the thing I am almost in love with. Square shaped quick launch buttons become taskbar buttons when they are clicked. Then, when you hover it, it shows thumbnails of all the windows of that type. From there you can preview, close, or switch to those windows. There is a detailed explanation and screenshots here
